Refund policy

Ordering:

You can place an order 24hrs per day through our secure online shopping cart.  Once an order is placed it cannot be changed.  Any additions will be treated as a separate order and will ship separately.  

We offer free neutral gift wrapping and handwritten notes, please make any special shipping or gift instructions in the note section on the checkout page.

We are not responsible for delays due to credit card declines or other matters related to payment approvals.

Customer Satisfaction:

We take pride in keeping our customers satisfied.  If you are not happy with a product you purchase from us, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make it right!

Product Availability:

We make every effort to keep our products in stock, but due to demand, we may run out.  Out-of-Stock items WILL NOT be back-ordered.  We will be happy to notify you when items are back in stock if you use the contact us form on the site to send us an email.

Georgia Residents:

If your shipping address is in Georgia, the shopping cart will automatically add sales tax at the rate of 8%.

Returns:

To ensure the quality of our products, we do not accept returns on skincare products that have been used.  All other returns are at our discretion. 

All packages leave our facility well-packaged, in good shape. If you receive a package that is damaged, please make a note of it with the delivery driver and contact us for further assistance. Packages received that are missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned/canceled orders (including orders canceled by the purchaser prior to shipment). 

Shipping is a $5.00 flat rate on all domestic orders under $75.00 and will not be refunded in the event of a return. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay to ship the items back to our location. A return authorization is REQUIRED for all returns.
